I have a BFA in Painting and although I went in a different direction career wise art has always been an important part of my life. After raising our two daughters and with my family’s encouragement I started dabbling with painting again as my desire for making art was rekindled! In 2023 I was introduced to surface design and that led me to taking an online course in 2024 learning how to make repeat patterns with my art. Although different mediums, I enjoy both processes of these ways of expressing myself.
